- Items to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition and package and must be delivered to our office accompanied with our original package slip within 30 days of delivery date.
- Any returns after 30 days will not be honoured as valid.
- You are responsible for shipping charges both ways for items being exchanged.
- Items with any stain not originated from our part or have been washed, worn, altered, or embroidered are not accepted for return.
- For hygienic purposes, federal law prohibits return of personal items once they have been washed or worn. For the safety of all our customers, we will not process these returned items.
- Please pay special attention that:
- A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number must be requested before any merchandise is shipped back to our office. This is strictly enforced with no exception. Any merchandise sent back to us without a RMA Number will be denied.
- A RMA Number must be obtained from our office 7 business day after your receipt of the shipment.
- A 10% re-stocking charge will be levied on all returned items.
*Return postage is the responsibility of the customers. We stongly urge you to ship your return with insurance and delivery confirmation.
